the venue is clean, with perfect location next to city centre, shops, central cardiff. the staff are helpful, and there is a welcoming reception to relax in.

I liked staff and location. Breakfast with overcooked hash browns and sausages, for example. The hotel was located not far from train station, the city centre, Cardiff Motorpoint Arena.

Room was double superior and well cleaned, bed was amazing. Staff were ready to help and kept it all spotless. Cardiff Centre district won't disappoint you.

Altogether it was good value though. Patient staff, vegan breakfast, excellent wi-fi. Delightful and usual rooms with extraordinary views. The pool was clean and the garden - gorgeous. That was light hotel set in awesome area. I liked the brunch in the Traders Tavern, located nearby.

Good value, it was spotless. Really very good location, big bed. The staff did all they can for a perfect stay. The first-class service was provided in this remarkable hotel: D
